The Nuuka-Suomi Game
The Nuuka-Suomi game is a Lean manufacturing oriented game that we use as module in our Lean manufacturing training. It provides an opportunity to learn and understand Lean principles by doing.
The game is suitable for 11-18 participants and takes about half a day to complete. It is typically a very positive and enlightening experience for the players.
